Step 3 – Select a Project Manager that will walk you through the roof selection process as well as oversight and communication during your build. Your project manager will get in touch with you quickly after you select them. There is no commitment until you meet your project manager and accept your quote.

Step 4 – Meet your Project Manager and confirm the final quote for your project. If that quote looks good to you, you will pay your Facilitate fee and the cost of your materials.

Step 5 – Schedule and build your roof. Your project manager will schedule the delivery of your materials and schedule the labor accordingly. Your roof will be done with oversight and communication from your project manager.

Upon completion, your property will be cleaned thoroughly and you will receive the final invoice that will cover the labor for your project. Upon payment, you will receive a warranty from your crew and documents about your roof type for your records.
