NOAA Forecasts Above-Average 2024 Hurricane Season

Roofing contractors in hurricane-prone locations should prepare for an above-normal season in 2024, according to the latest forecast from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Forecasters at the Climate Prediction Center say the 2024 Atlantic hurricane season, which goes from June 1 to Nov. 30, will have an estimated 17 to 25 total named storms.
